Mr. Dwij Bhagat is an Assistant Professor specializing in Human Resource Management with academic and teaching experience in BBA and MBA programs. He is currently associated with GSFC University, where he contributes to academic mentoring and interdisciplinary initiatives. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor at Drs. Kiran and Pallavi Patel Global University and The Charutar Vidya Mandal University.

His areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Labour Legislation, Organizational Development, Emotional Intelligence, and Business Ethics. Dwij Bhagat has qualified the UGC-NET examination multiple times in the Management and Human Resource disciplines and actively participates in faculty development and innovation-oriented academic programs.
