Yoothika Sugney Patel

I have done my graduation in B.E (Computer Engineering) from S.V.I.T ,Vasad then affiliated with Gujarat University. I am a 2007 batch passout with first class in my graduation. I later persued my masters M.E (Computer Science & Engineering) from Parul Institute of Technology, Waghodiya then affiliated with Gujarat Technological University. I am a 2014 passout with first class diction. I have enrolled in Ph.D from Gujarat Technological Univesity in A.Y-2024-25 and currently doing my course work.

My research journey began with my Master’s dissertation on the Destination-Sequenced Distance-Vector (DSDV) routing algorithm, exploring its efficiency and optimization in network communication. Building on my interest in problem-solving through computational techniques, my current research inclination for doctoral studies focuses on applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) for disease prediction in the healthcare domain. I am particularly interested in developing intelligent models that can enhance early diagnosis, improve decision-making, and support preventive healthcare strategies.

I have mentored two M.Tech students and have co-authored two research papers in collaboration with peers during my academic tenure.

I look forward to collaborating as a co-author and contributing to impactful research and consultancy projects in the future. I am particularly interested in interdisciplinary collaborations that bridge technology with real-world problem-solving. Through such engagements, I aim to enhance my academic contributions while creating solutions with societal relevance.
