Vishal Harith is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at GSFC University. He also holds the position of Faculty Incharge for IT/ITeS, where he oversees the working and implementation of the university’s Digital Campus System (DCS), playing a key role in driving the institution’s digital initiatives.

With a total of 7 years of professional experience—5 years in academia and 2 years in the software industry—he brings a blend of academic depth and industry relevance to his work. Before joining GSFC University, he served at Poornima University, Jaipur and Indus International University, Una, where he contributed to both teaching and departmental responsibilities.

Vishal has taught a wide range of core computer science subjects, including Object-Oriented Programming using Java, C, C++, C#, Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), Theory of Computation (TOC), and Augmented & Virtual Reality (AR/VR). He has taught across various academic programs, including B.Tech (CSE), BCA, and MCA.

In addition to his teaching roles, he has taken on significant academic leadership responsibilities, including serving as Examination Coordinator and Head of the Department for Computer Science & Engineering in his previous institutions, respectively. His combined expertise in teaching, industry, and administration enables him to mentor students effectively and make meaningful contributions to institutional development.
