Dr. Arti Bhadouria is currently serving as Assistant Professor (Chemistry) at GSFC University, Vadodara.  She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in collaboration with BARC, Mumbai, where she conducted extensive research on Solution Behavior of Surfactants: Synthesis and Clouding Behavior. Dr. Bhadouria has published in peer reviewed reputed international journals of ACS, RSC and Elsevier Publications. She has presented her work internationally including the 15th International Small Angle Scattering Conference hosted in Sydney, 2012 fully sponsored by DST-SERB under the International Travel Support (ITS) scheme, where she has been recognized with the Young Scientist Award, 1st Asia-Oceania Conference on Neutron Scattering, held at Tsukuba, Japan, 2011 and awarded with prestigious CSIR- Senior Research Fellowship. She actively mentors Ph.D. scholars and innovation projects under the GUIITAR council of GSFC University, section 8 company, in various research domains including synthesis of bio cleavable surfactants, polymers, Agroformulations, material chemistry, wastewater treatment, and drug-polymer interactions.

Alongwith her research, Dr. Bhadouria has over 9 years of teaching experience at UG and PG levels including The Maharaja Sayajirao  University of Baroda and Parul University as the previous employers. She Qualified the Gujarat State Eligibility Test (GSET) for Assistant Professor in the subject of Chemical Sciences (2023). She is also an active peer-reviewer for high-impact journals such as Colloids and Surfaces B : Biointerfaces (Elsevier).

She has a year of Industrial Experience as a Trainee Executive (ADL) in Troikaa Pharmaceuticals limited, Thol, Mehsana, Gujarat with Instrumental handling experience of NMR (1H, 1H variable temperature (High and Cryo-), 2D (NOESY at RT, higher temperature and COSY) 13C, 31P, Dissolution studies (USP Type I and II), UV Spectroscopy, Conductometer, pH meter, Brookfield viscometer, Surface Tensiometer, Polarizing Optical Microscopy, HPLC, GC.

Dr. Bhadouria has attended the training Program on “Laboratory Quality Management System and Internal Audit as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 ” and is currently working as Quality Manager, Drinking Water Analysis Laboratory, GSFC University (NABL Accredited Lab ID: T-10346).
