Dr Yesha Master

P.hD. Biological Science (Biotechnology)

Dr. Yesha Master is currently working as an Assistant Professor and program coordinator at GSFC University with 7.5+ years of academic and industrial experience. Her research interests focus on plant tissue culture, PGPR-based sustainable agriculture, and molecular biology. She has been instrumental in establishing a plant tissue culture laboratory and proposed certificate courses for student skill enhancement. She has published multiple research papers and book chapters and presented her work at several national and international platforms. She is a recipient of a university-level seed grant in 2025. She is successfully mentoring two Student Start Up Innovative Program (SSIP) projects. Her technical expertise spans advanced instrumentation (HPLC, GC, AAS, ICP), microbial culturing, and plant tissue culture.

She has completed 20-day faculty induction program organized by UGC-MMTC. She has attended multiple FDPs, workshops, and seminars to gain knowledge.

Dr. Master also coordinated industrial visits, organized international expert talks, and engaged in MoUs for collaborative research. She is an active contributor to curriculum development and student mentoring and has received accolades for her teaching and project contributions.
