Dr Sejal V Puvar

Dr. Sejal Puvar is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at GSFC University, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. She brings over 7 years of teaching experience, having previously taught at Jai Hind College, Mumbai, and in the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.

She holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, with her research focused on Fixed Point Theory. As part of her doctoral work, her project titled “Common Fixed Point Theorems in G-Metric Spaces” was selected under the Women Scientists Scheme-A (WOS-A) for Research in Basic/Applied Sciences, supported by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India (File No. DST/WOS-A/PM-64/2021).

Dr. Puvar has authored eight research papers published in peer-reviewed international journals and has actively contributed to several national and international conferences. Her academic interests are complemented by her proficiency in MATLAB and LaTeX, which she integrates into both her research and teaching practices.

Beyond her research and teaching responsibilities, Dr. Puvar is an active member of various national and international scientific organizations and serves as a peer reviewer for several esteemed academic journals.
