Dr. Jahanvi Bansal serves as the Associate Dean – IQAC & Internationalization at GSFC University, Vadodara. With over 12 years of academic, research, and corporate experience, she is a passionate educator and dynamic institutional leader specializing in human resource management, organizational behavior, business ethics, and sustainable development. A rare triple postgraduate degree holder, she holds an M.Com, an MBA with specialization in HR/OB, and a Master’s in Business Economics.A university rank holder in her postgraduate studies, she holds a Ph.D. in Management and has qualified UGC-NET in commerce and JRF in  Management.

Dr. Bansal has received national and international recognition for her academic contributions. She was honoured with the prestigious Emerald Literati Award – Highly Commendable Paper by Emerald Publishing, UK, for her impactful research on workforce diversity and organizational performance. Her publications span diverse interdisciplinary domains and appear in reputed journals and edited volumes from global academic publishers.

At GSFC University, she plays a key role in driving quality assurance initiatives, strengthening internal academic systems, steering NAAC and accreditation processes, and fostering global academic collaborations. She is also actively engaged in mentoring students, designing institutional policies, and leading outreach and faculty development programs.

Beyond academics, Dr. Bansal is a multi-talented individual with a distinguished record in co-curricular and cultural activities, having won over 35 awards in dramatics, street plays, public speaking, and creative competitions at inter-college and university levels. Her diverse achievements reflect a well-rounded profile that integrates scholarly excellence with creativity and leadership.

With her dedication to innovation, ethics, and student-centric education, Dr. Bansal continues to make meaningful contributions to the higher education landscape.
