Dr. Vidhita Sinha is a distinguished academician with over 14 years of experience in management education, research, and academic leadership. She currently serves as Associate Professor and Head, School of Management Studies and Liberal Arts at GSFC University, where she oversees both academic and administrative functions for more than 950 students.

Her teaching career spans reputed institutions including GSFC University, Ganpat University, Parul University, and Sigma Group of Institutes. She has taught a wide range of subjects such as Managerial Communication, Strategic Management, Marketing, Operations, Research Methodology, and Consumer Behavior. A sought-after trainer and resource person, she has delivered expert sessions on data analysis, scale development, and research methodology at leading universities, while also mentoring numerous student research projects that have earned national recognition and awards.

Dr. Sinha holds a Ph.D. in Management from Sardar Patel University, an MBA in Operations and Marketing, and a B.Tech. in Biotechnology. She is UGC-NET qualified and has pursued advanced certifications from IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Roorkee, and Meta, specializing in pedagogy, marketing research, and analytics. Her research contributions include multiple publications in Scopus and UGC Care-listed journals, along with several “Best Paper” awards.

Through her academic and research pursuits, Dr. Sinha continues to drive innovation, promote research excellence, and nurture holistic student development, making a significant impact on the field of management education.
