Dr. Mayankkumar G. Sharma is an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at GSFC University, Vadodara, with expertise in organic synthesis, multicomponent reactions, and the development of bioactive compounds. He teaches a wide range of organic chemistry subjects including Organic Synthesis, Disconnection Approach, Organic Spectroscopy, and Stereochemistry, with a strong emphasis on concept clarity and applied learning. Dr. Sharma serves as a reviewer for leading publishers including the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), American Chemical Society (ACS), Springer Nature, Bentham Science, Frontiers, and Wiley. He is also a member of the Editorial Board of Scientific Reports (Nature Portfolio). His teaching skills, coupled with active contributions in research and peer review, highlight his commitment to advancing chemical sciences and inspiring the next generation of chemists.

Dr. Mayankkumar G. Sharma’s research focuses on the design and synthesis of novel heterocyclic and bioactive compounds using green and sustainable methodologies, particularly multicomponent reactions, with applications in drug discovery, catalysis, and pharmaceutical development. He has expertise in spectroscopic analysis, structure elucidation, and reaction optimization, and has successfully guided postgraduate and doctoral students in advanced organic synthesis projects. Alongside academic research, Dr. Sharma engages in industry-oriented consulting and training, providing technical expertise in synthetic route design, process optimization, and analytical problem-solving to pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
