Ms. Akanksha Tejas Sawai is an academician and researcher with a distinguished blend of academic and industrial experience in the field of Management. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor in the School of Management and Entrepreneurship at GSFC University, Vadodara, Gujarat. Prior to her current tenure, she held faculty positions at ITM Vocational University, Vadodara, and the JDC Bytco Institute of Management Studies & Research, Nashik.

Her teaching portfolio encompasses a diverse range of specialized subjects, including Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship Management, Industrial Relations, HRIS, HR Simulations, Environmental Studies, Training & Development, Strategic Management, Business Environment, and Business Ethics and Corporate Governance. Committed to academic excellence and pedagogical innovation, she continuously integrates current global business trends into her curriculum by actively participating in faculty development programmes and specialized workshops.

Ms. Sawai has contributed significantly to institutional governance and quality assurance, having worked extensively on UGC and NAAC Compliance to maintain high standards of academic excellence. She served as a member of the Board of Studies for three consecutive years (2022, 2023, and 2024), where she played a pivotal role in designing innovative, practical-focused syllabi aligned with NEP 2020, specifically aimed at enhancing industry-academia integration for BBA and MBA programmes.

In the realm of professional recognition, she served as an organizing member of the International Seminar on Ethical Perspectives, National level Quiz, Expert Panel Session and has spearheaded numerous seminars and student-centric activities. Her leadership extends to the Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), where she had been instrumental in nurturing student ventures through dedicated mentoring, expert guidance, and the execution of entrepreneurship development programmes.

Beyond her primary academic responsibilities, Ms. Sawai has held key administrative roles, including Admission Coordinator, Internship & Placement Coordinator for BBA students. She had experience as an active member of the University-level Event Committee and has provided expert mentorship to students in National and International Business plan competitions. Her guidance further extends to supervising minor projects for project-based learning and industry-focused capstone work, ensuring students are equipped with the employability skills necessary for the modern business landscape.
