Dr. Khushboo Bhanderi completed her Ph.D. in Chemistry from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 2022 under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Prasanna S. Ghalsasi. Her doctoral thesis titled “Re-investigating Tollens’ Reaction” focused on exploring the versatility of Tollens’ reagent for various organic transformations, including oxidative carbon–carbon coupling reactions and silver nanoparticle formation.

Dr. Khushboo Bhanderi worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Navrachna University, School of Science, Vadodara from July 2023 to January 2024, where she taught Analytical Chemistry and Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemistry to postgraduate students and conducted laboratory practicals and examinations.
She also served as a Teaching Assistant Professor at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from January 2021 to November 2021, where she taught Physical Chemistry and Polymer Chemistry and supervised undergraduate laboratory practicals and academic activities.
Dr. Khushboo Bhanderi worked as a Research Officer at Glenmark Life Sciences Ltd., Bharuch from December 2021 to June 2023, where she was involved in reaction development, literature search, process optimization, plant scale-up, impurity profiling, and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
She also worked as a Quality Assurance Officer at Farmson Pharmaceutical Gujarat Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara from August 2014 to December 2014, where she handled SOP preparation, batch manufacturing records, cGMP documentation, and internal audits.
Additionally, she worked as a Data Engineer at Windowmaker Software Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara from May 2024 to January 2025, handling data analysis, project management, software testing, and documentation.
